Enjoy Food and the Best in “Hawai‘i Made” Products

The Kamehameha Festival Market (Market) features food and an assortment of “Hawai‘i-Made” arts and crafts that will please the kama‘āina (local) and malihini (visitor) looking for that special cultural gift. The Market will be located on and Moku Ola Island were the Kamehameha Festival (Festival) will take place. Market hours will be in conjunction with Festival hours, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, day of the Event.

Kamehameha Festival Market Vendor Information

What: Kamehameha Festival Market
When: Kamehameha Day, June 11, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Where: Hilo, Hawai‘i on Moku Ola (Island of Life)
Why: To offer island, traditional, and cultural, foods and products to guest for sale.
Who: Presented by the Royal Order of Kamehameha I, Māmala Hoa

Space Fees:
$100.00 for a 10’ x 10’ space
$150.00 for two 10’ x 10’ space
$300.00 for major food vendors (limit two vendors, space as needed).

Setup:
Vendors will be responsible for their own set-up, i.e., tent, tables, chairs, electrical power, etc. Vendors will be situated on Moku Ola Island, location of the Festival.

Restrictions:
All products must be made/created in Hawai‘i. Food/snack items will be limited to one vendor per type, e.g., one shave ice vendor, one ice cream vendor, etc. Lunch plate vendors will be limited to two vendors of non-competing lunch plates.

Hours:
Market Hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. All vendors must be set-up and ready for business by 8:30 am and remain open till Market closes at 5:00 pm.

Rights:
Festival presenters reserve the right to restrict/limit the type of product, snack, or food that may be sold at the Kamehameha Festival Market. Vendor space is limited, as such, vendors will be accepted on a first-come, first- served basis.

Deadline:
Deadline to submit vendor application and fees is May 11 (Extended to June 4), year of Event. Upon receiving your application, we will confirm your reservation of vendor space via email or phone call.
